- Failure to Deliver Service: If we are unable to complete a service due to our own limitations, a refund may be issued after a review of the case.
- Overpayment or Duplicate Payment: If a customer overpays or makes a duplicate payment, a refund will be processed upon verification.

2. Returns Policy (Applicable to Trading Services)
For goods purchased through our trading services (e.g., tires, batteries, timber, or other general goods), returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Goods: If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
- Incorrect Products: If the wrong product is delivered, it must be returned unused, in its original packaging, within 7 days of receipt.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-ordered goods, perishable items, and used products are not eligible for return.
